Infrastructure & Environmental Stewardship

Quality of Life & Education

County Parks:

Our parks continue to be strained by the rapid population growth of our community. We need to ensure that we have a long-range plan for them as well as making sure they are attracting regional events and tournaments to provide income while serving out entire community.

Sustaining Schools:

As a former SBDM representative, I know our schools are the heartbeat of the 6th District. I will ensure the Fiscal Court coordinates with the school board so that infrastructure (roads/utilities) stays ahead of student population growth.

2

Public Safety and Modernization

Retention Through Competitive Pay:

We cannot afford to be a training ground for other counties. I will work to increase base pay for our Sheriff's Deputies to keep our best officers here in Warren County.

The County Jail:

Our jail is aging and over-capacity. Applying my Total Cost Ownership model, I will advocate for a proactive facility plan now to avoid a massive, emergency taxpayer cost later.

Smart Infrastructure and Traffic:

We must prioritize our roads and infrastructure before we build new schools or allow new housing developments. Our current plan has been reactive instead of proactively planning prior to the projects taking place.

Drainage & Karse Management:

As a contractor and KY Baptist Disaster Relief  Volunteer, I've seen how poor drainage destroys property. I will advocate for stricter runoff requirements on new developments to protect existing homeowners from flooding and sinkhole damage.

My Top 3 Priorities for Warren County and District 6

Final Words:

Voters are seeing their property assessments and tax bills rise. You deserve to see that money reflected in the safety of your neighborhood and the quality of your roads. When I am your Magistrate, I will go through the budget with a contractor's level of detail.

If a project doesn't have a clear "Scope of Work" and a proven ROI for the taxpayers, it shouldn't be in the budget.
